Working with the EQUALNovaERA project and the NPPI, João Gerardo evaluates the Portuguese government’s “Creche Feliz” initiative. His responsibilities include conducting surveys and interviews, processing and analyzing data using Python, R, and Stata, and translating empirical findings into actionable insights for both academic and public stakeholders.
